- All went fine for the first '3' local bands {Sound Museum ~ Dee Felice Trio ~ Balderdash}.
- Then the 'rains' came at 9:45 PM
- It was a 1 1/2 Hour down-pour.
- Grand Funk Railroad hit the stage at 11:15 PM, and played a 45-Minute set.
- Paul Butterfield was sick {Flu and Head Cold} and did not want to go on.
- He eventually did, and played a 30-Minute 'boring' set.
- Vanilla Fudge hit the stage at 1:45 AM.
- The authorities {Police} pulled the plug at 3:00 AM.
