This was the VERY FIRST psychedelic dance concerts held anywhere, by any band!! These historic performances by the Charlatans were held at the Red Dog Saloon in Virginia City, Nevada in June of 1965.
These dance concerts were held four full months before Ken Kesey's famous acid tests, and a full six months before The Fillmore and Avalon Ballroooms would begin producing their legendary run of concerts.
