Some bands did not perform such as SPOOKY TOOTH, YES, KING CRIMSON and BLODWYN PIG.
Family only got to play for 20 minutes as the last band of the evening, due to the 10pm curfew. The hall had two stages, one on each side which made the breaks between bands short. GINGER BAKER'S AIRFORCE were headliners on the second evening. HUMBLE PIE played on stage West before them. It was 8 o'clock and HUMBLE PIE were still playing. But Ginger Baker wanted to present his full two hour show. They were supposed to play on stage East. Suddenly Ginger appeared on stage and began to drum all on his own in the middle of a Humble Pie song. They had to stop after that and the rest of Airforce came on stage and played a sensational show.
