"John and I were invited to take part in a charity gig to be played in Woodstock Playhouse on the weekend of July 4th. It was in aid of Pete Seeger's Clearwater Project which was committed to cleaning up the Hudson river, and a lot of first-rate folk and blues musicians would be playing on the night.
